Birgit Assel

- Certified member of DGfS. Birgit received additional education in meditative, breath, and art therapy, worked for many years as a teacher at the Institute of Therapy and Counseling in Hildesheim, and later trained in psychotraumatology.
- Currently, Birgit specializes in trauma constellations, workplace constellations, conducts seminars for women in her own practice since 1998, and together with her husband runs the Institute of Health and Therapeutic Methods.
- Recently, she no longer practices classic family constellations, focusing only on trauma constellations—a form developed by Franz Ruppert, centered on traumatic events and their impact on the entire system and its individual members.
- Since 2006, specializes in trauma therapy using the IoPT method developed by Professor Dr. Franz Ruppert.
